Terms of Service

Effective March 18, 2026

By using Get Better Answers ("the Service"), you agree to these terms.

What this service does

Get Better Answers generates optimized prompts for AI platforms based on the information you provide. The output is produced by an AI model and is intended as a starting point, not professional advice.

Your responsibilities

Availability and changes

The Service is provided free of charge. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or any specific level of performance.

Intellectual property

The optimized prompts generated for you are yours to use however you wish. The Service itself —including its design, code, and optimization methodology —is the property of the operator.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated output.

Rate limits and fair use

The Service enforces per-IP rate limits and a daily usage budget. If you encounter a limit, wait and try again later. These limits exist to keep the service free and available for everyone.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
